Sensory Tasting and Herbal Craft

Step into the magical atmosphere of Brigit’s Garden, illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight, for a unique autumn evening guided by talented Chef Aitor Escudero and wild food enthusiast Ivonka Kwiek (Sage and Lovage).
This experience invites you to step into the dark, comforting embrace of Samhain. Channeling the mystery of the season through a rich palette of flavours, shadows, and earthy tones, we celebrate the harvest and the forgotten wisdom of wild herbs.
First, indulge in a guided tasting featuring the bountiful autumn harvest including wild ingredients and seasonal produce gathered directly from Brigit’s Garden. In the second part of your evening, you will be guided through the art of blending wild herbs and botanicals and craft your very own bespoke herbal salt blend to take home.
Spaces are limited and booking essential.
This event is supported by Galway City Council, the Gaillimh Ah-Boo! festival, and Fáilte Ireland’s Home of Halloween programme & Blas na Gaillimhe.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled. If it is cancelled, we will refund you the cost of the ticket less the booking fee. Events may be cancelled where a Met Eireann orange or red weather warning is in place, or in other unavoidable circumstances.
- If an event is sold out we may be able to resell your ticket and will refund you the cost less the booking fee and 20% administration fee. The deadline to resell your ticket is the Tuesday prior to the event - contact us by emailing Nikki: nikki@brigitsgarden.ie. Any cancellation requests following this date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Brigit’s Garden will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all guests.
