Winter Solstice celebration 2024
You are warmly invited to take some time out in the run up to Christmas and join us for a gentle and restorative evening of seasonal ritual, candle-lighting and meditation. The evening will echo the rhythm of nature as we slow down and take time to reflect, and focus our light on positive intentions for ourselves and for the world.
There will also be time to share creativity & inspiration, so please feel free to bring a poem, story or song if you wish.
All are welcome. This event will be held in the Hazel Room at Brigit’s Garden, presented by Jenny Beale with Carol Barrett and Caroline McFadden. There will be a Christmas cuppa and social time after the celebration.
Booking tickets. There is a standard €15 contribution to Brigit’s Garden or a supporting contribution of €20, with concession tickets at €10. If you need a free place please email jenny@brigitsgarden.ie and we will facilitate you.
Brigit’s Garden members receive a 10% discount for all special events. Please phone the office on 091 550905 for the members’ code.
This event involves meditation and is most suitable for an adult audience.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is sold out and we resell your ticket, in which case we will refund you the cost less the booking fee and 20% administration fee. If the event is cancelled, we will refund you the cost of the ticket less the booking fee. Events may be cancelled where a Met Eireann red weather warning is in place, or in other unavoidable circumstances.
